SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day, any orders after this time will be shipped the following working day.
We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $10 per order or free shipping for orders over $200 (for delivery inside Australia). Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to arrive.
Currently we only have international shipping available to NZ for a flat rate of $20 for standard shipping, or free when you spend over $300. For other international destinations please contact us by email at email@example.com.
All shipping is through Australia Post tracking services. Sometimes delays occur that are out of our control, if you do not receive your order within the specified shipping time please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org and we can track your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer refunds and exchange in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. This excludes sale items. Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

We process all returns within two days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns on jewellery and headwear for hygiene reasons
We do not refund for change of mind or sale stock, however if your item is delivered with any faults please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will organise a replacement or refund.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refund/credit to be processed once received
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method
